| 摘 要： | 构建和谐社会是我们党新时期的重要任务，而社会的和谐其实质就是各种利益关系的协调和重现分配，这其中的一个重点和难点就是对农民工的合法权益的保护。本文从农民工的应然权利、就业限制和子女的入学等方面论述了时农民工权益的法律保护．及其对和谐社会构建的影响。

| Abstract: | One of the most important tasks for our Party in the new century is to build a harmonious society. In fact, it is essential to harmonize and redistribute all kinds of benefits, especially the protection of legal rights for farmer workers. This paper has discussed that the legal protection of the interests of farmer workers is the basic rights, and other issues like employment restriction and children education, etc. |
