摘 要: | [目的]对中药鲍鱼壳基本成分和元素进行全面分析,为鲍鱼壳的综合利用提供依据。[方法]采用国家标准测定鲍鱼壳基本成分(水分、粗蛋白、粗脂肪和总灰分);采用EDTA法测定碳酸钙含量;钙(Ca)、镁(Mg)、铁(Fe)、锌(Zn)、铜(Cu)、锰(Mn)、铬(Cr)、铅(Pb)含量用原子吸收分光光度法测定,汞(Hg)和砷(As)含量用原子荧光光度法测定。[结果]鲍鱼壳含水分10.5 g/kg,粗蛋白47.2g/kg,粗脂肪7.6 g/kg,总灰分936.5 g/kg;碳酸钙含量为92.54%;鲍鱼壳中主要元素为Ca和Mg,含量分别为402.0和1.5 mg/g。微量元素Cu、Fe、Zn、Mn、Cr含量分别为274.0、245.0、152.0、21.0和31.0μg/g。有害元素As(6.0μg/kg)、Pb(11.0μg/kg)和Hg(0.7μg/kg)的含量均低于欧盟标准。[结论]鲍鱼壳含丰富的碳酸钙和有益元素,且有害元素含量低,可制成补钙制剂。

Abstract: | [Objective] To analyze the basic components and mineral elements of abalone shell,so as to provide a basis for its comprehensive utilization.[Method] Basic components including moisture,crude protein,crude fat,total ash and calcium carbonate of abalone shell were determined in accordance with national standards.Calcium carbonate content was measured by EDTA titration method.Atomic absorption spectrophotometer was applied to measure the content of Ca,Mg,Fe,Zn,Cu,Mn,Cr and Pb;Hg and As were evaluated by atomic fluorescence spectrometry.[Result] Abalone shell contained 10.5 g/kg moisture,47.2 g/kg of crude protein,7.6 g/kg of crude fat,936.5 g/kg of total ash and 925.4 g/kg of calcium carbonate.The primary mineralelements in abalone shell were Ca(402.0 mg/g) and Mg(1.5 mg/g).The trace elements of abalone shell were Cu(274.0 μg/g),Fe(245.0 μg/g),Zn(152.0 μg/g),Mn(21.0 μg/g) and Cr(31.0 μg/g).Contents of harmful elements(6.0 μg/kg of As,11.0 μg/kg of Pb,0.7 μg/kg of Hg) were below the level of EU.[Conclusion] The abalone shell was rich in calcium carbonateand,beneficial elements,and the contents of harmful elements were low,which can be used in the development of calcium preparations. |
