云南不同纬度烟区烤烟K326类黄酮和丙二醛含量比较研究

摘    要:[目的]比较分析云南不同纬度烟区烤烟K326类黄酮和丙二醛含量,探讨烤烟生理特征随纬度变化的适应机制。[方法]选地处低纬高原海拔差距不大,纬度存在一定差异的云南省玉溪市通海县四街镇和昭通市昭阳区2个不同生态环境烤烟种植区,对2种植区烤烟品种K326在旺长、生理成熟和工艺成熟3个不同生育期类黄酮含量、丙二醛含量进行分析测定,讨论它们与众多气候要素的关系。[结果]在整个大田生长期中,K326的类黄酮、丙二醛含量受不同气候要素的影响而存在差异。通海K326叶片中的丙二醛、类黄酮含量在生理成熟期以后,都高于昭阳。[结论]该研究可为云南不同纬度烟区烤烟优质栽培提供科学依据。

Abstract:[Objective] The purpose was to compare and study the flavonoids and MDA content of flue-cured tobacco K326 planted in different latitude flue-cured tobacco planting area in Yunnan,and discuss flue-cured tobacco’s physiological characters’ adaptive mechanism.[Method] The flue-cured tobacco variety K326’s flavonoids content and MDA content were studied during the period from vigorous growth to mature at Tonghai of Yuxi City and Zhaoyang of Zhaotong City,Yunnan Province of Southwest China,aimed to understand the ecological adaptability of flue-cured tobacco planted in different ecological regions in low latitude plateau and discussed the relationship between physiological indicators and a number of climate elements.[Result] The K326′s physiological indices were different by the role of different climate elements in different ecological environmental conditions.The K326 had a higher flavonoids content and MDA content at Tonghai than those at Zhaoyang.[Conclusion] The study provide a scientific basis for good quality cultivation of flue-cured tobacco planting in different latitude flue-cured tobacco planting area in Yunnan.
