浮筏种植水花生对养殖废水的净水效果

摘    要:目的]了解浮筏种植水花生对养殖废水的净水效果。方法]将水花生种植于浮筏上,直接置于盛有养殖废水的水池中,在种植前和种植期间分别测定废水的水温、透明度、化学需氧量、pH、氨态氮、总氮及总磷。结果]浮筏种植水花生具有较高的净水效率,试验池的透明度上升62.1%(P0.05),化学需氧量下降50.6%(P0.05),氨态氮下降48.1%(P0.05),总磷和总氮分别下降57.9%(P0.05)和68.3%(P0.05)。结论]浮筏种植水花生可用于养殖废水的净化。

Abstract:Objective] To study the water purification effect of floating raft cultivated Alligator alternanthera on breeding wastewater.Method] Floating raft cultivated Alligator alternanthera was placed in pond with breeding wastewater.The water temperature,chemical oxygen demand(COD),pH,ammonia nitrogen,total nitrogen and total phosphorus of the waste water were determined before and during the test.Result] Alligator alternanthera had relatively high water purification efficiency in that the final transparency rose by 62.1%,chemical oxygen demand,ammonia,total phosphorus and total nitrogen decreased by 50.6%(P<0.05),48.1%(P<0.05),57.9%(P<0.05) and 68.3%(P<0.05)respectively.Conclusion] Floating raft cultivated Alligator alternanthera is good for the purification of breeding wastewater.
