摘    要:[目的]研究黄瓜子粉缓解小鼠体力疲劳的作用,探讨黄瓜子粉缓解体力疲劳作用的机制。[方法]将80只ICR雄性小鼠随机分为4组,每组20只。对照组灌胃蒸馏水,黄瓜子粉各剂量组灌服剂量分别为0.25、1.25和2.50 mg/g的黄瓜子粉水溶液,连续28 d,于末次灌胃1 h后,通过力竭游泳试验和测定血尿素氮、血乳酸和肝糖原含量评价黄瓜子粉的抗疫劳作用。[结果]灌服黄瓜子粉后,小鼠游泳时间延长,血清尿素氮含量和乳酸量下降,肝糖原含量增加。[结论]黄瓜子粉通过降低血清尿素氮和血乳酸含量,增加肝糖原含量增强了小鼠的抗疲劳作用。

Effect of Cucumber Seed Powder on Physical Fatigue Alleviation

Abstract:[Objective] The aim was to study the effect of cucumber seed powder on physical fatigue alleviation,discuss the mechanism for physical fatigue alleviation.[Methods] 80 male mice were divided into 4 groups randomly,each with 20 mice;mice of control group were treated by perfusing distilled water in stomach,and each dosage group of cucumber seed powder were treated by perfusing cucumber seed powder water solution with the dosage of 0.25,1.25 and 2.50 mg/g for 28 d,after 1 h of the stomach filling,based on exhaustion swimming experiment,the contents of serum urea nitrogen,blood lactic acid and hepatic glycogen were determined,moreover,the effect of fatigue alleviation of cucumber seed powder was evaluated.[Result] After perfusing cucumber seed powder,the swimming time of mice prolonged,serum urea nitrogen content and lactic acid content decreased,and hepatic glycogen content increased.[Conclusion] Through reducing the contents of serum urea nitrogen and blood lactic acid,hepatic glycogen content increased.
