摘    要:[目的]实现畜禽粪便的无害化要求,优化堆肥工艺。[方法]在分析好氧堆肥温度变化确定堆肥进行程度的基础上,研究复合菌剂对好氧堆肥养分组成变化的影响。[结果]接种复合菌剂在加速碳素分解、缩短堆肥周期的同时,能够使有机碳含量和C/N分别比不接种复合菌剂降低4.68%和7.08%,使全氮量、水解性氮含量、有效磷含量分别比不接种复合菌剂提高2.59%、10.98%和3.76%,而复合菌剂对于速效钾含量的影响并不明显。[结论]复合菌剂的接种能够提高肥效,确保生产出优质的堆肥产品。

Effects of Microbe Consortium on Nutritional Changes of Aerobic Composting Process

Abstract:[Objective] The research aimed to meet the requirement of decontamination of feces and optimize composting process.[Method] Based on the confirmation of the compost stage from the temperature variation curve,the effects of microbe consortium on the nutritional changes of aerobic composting process were analyzed.[Result] The microbe consortium accelerated carbon decomposition and shortened the composting process.Compared with the compost which were inoculated with microbe consortium,the content of organic carbon and C/N of the compost which were inoculated with microbe consortium were decreased respectively by 4.68% and 7.08%,and the content of total nitrogen,the content of hydrolysable nitrogen and the content of available phosphorus were increased respectively by 2.59,10.98% and 3.76%,but the effect of microbe consortium on the available potassium wasn’t significant.[Conclusion] The microbe consortium can improve the effects of the composting and ensure that quality product could be produced.
