摘 要: | [目的]优化霍山石斛多糖的超声提取工艺条件。[方法]采用响应面法,研究料液比、提取时间和超声功率对多糖得率的影响。[结果]最佳提取条件为:料液比1∶10(g/ml)、提取时间30 min、超声功率250 W;在此条件下,霍山石斛多糖的提取得率达到28.02%。[结论]该方法优化了霍山石斛多糖的超声提取工艺条件,为霍山石斛多糖的开发利用提供了依据。

Abstract: | [Objective] To optimize the extract technology of polysaccharides from Dendrobium huoshanense.[Method] Effects of solid-liquid ratio,extraction time and ultrasonic power on the extraction rate of polysaccharides from D.huoshanense were studied by response surface method.[Result] The optimal extraction condition was as follows: 1∶ 10(g/ml) solid-liquid ratio,30 min extraction time,and 250 W ultrasonic power.Under this condition,the extraction rate of polysaccharides from D.huoshanense reached 28.02%.[Conclusion] this method optimized the ultrasonic assisted extraction of polysaccharides from D.huoshanense,which provided references for the development and utilization of polysaccharides in D.huoshanense. |
