| 摘 要： | 如何提高科技成果转化率、加快科技成果转化速度的问题已被普遍关注，在科技成果中最活跃的因素是拥有科技成果的专家，搞清楚专家在科技成果转化中的地位和作用，并据此来设计科技成果的转化模式具有理论意义和实践意义。以专家为中心的科技成果转化模式包括利益——机制模型和以网络为主的科技成果转化交易平台。

| Abstract: | The question how to enhances the technical achievement conversion rate and to speeds up the technical achievement transformation speed,has been paid attention to generally.In the technical achievement transformation the most active factor is the expert which has the technical achievement.It is very important to makes clear the function of expert in it,and to designs the pattern of technical achievement conversion.The technical achievement transformation pattern based on expert includes Benefit-Rule model and network platform of technical achievement conversion and transaction. |
