花生壳中白藜芦醇的超声提取及HPLC检测

摘    要:目的]确定超声波法提取花生壳中白藜芦醇的最佳工艺条件。方法]以花生壳为原料,用超声波法对白藜芦醇的提取工艺进行研究,考察了提取时间、乙醇浓度、占空比和料液比对提取率的影响,通过单因素和正交实验确定了最佳提取工艺条件,并通过HPLC进行定性定量的检测。结果]4因素中料液比对白藜芦醇的提取率影响最显著,其次为乙醇体积分数和提取时间,占空比的影响最小。通过单因素和正交实验确定了最佳提取条件:提取剂为70%乙醇,超声7 min,占空比50%,料液比为1:15,白藜芦醇一次提取率达12.99μg/g。用HPLC法定性定量检测,结果准确且高效。结论]以乙醇为提取剂,用超声波法从花生壳中提取白藜芦醇,是一种高效环保型工艺,具有广阔的应用前景。
