摘    要:本文通过建立系统状态数学模型,揭示了输出流量与工作时间的内在联系,并用自行研制的一种新颖不解体检测装置,实地进行了液压系统的状态监测.为故障诊断和寿命预测提供了有效的技术手段和相关的理论依据.

Abstract:The inner link between output flow and working time of a hydraulic system was revealed by formulating the mathematical model of system state. Applying the mathematical model for moni-tering system state of some practical examples with a new kind of monitor designed by the authors, thecstate parameter of hydraulic system could be measured without disintegrating the hydualic system from a tractor. The monitor and the mathematical model furnished effective method and relevant theori-tical basis for fault diagnosis and service-life calculation.
