摘    要:硒是人体生命必需的微量元素,而我国大部分地区处于缺硒和低硒状态。在我国居民对摄入营养要求日益提高的背景下,开发硒资源、利用硒资源、发展硒产业成为近年来的热点。本文重点对富硒优质肉牛养殖与食品安全溯源体系的应用进行了研究。

Abstract:Selenium is an essential trace element for human life, and most of China is in the state of selenium deficiency and low selenium. Under the background of the increasing requirement of the residents for the intake of nutrients, the development of selenium resources, the utilization of selenium resources and the development of selenium industry have become the hot spots in recent years. This paper focuses on the application of selenium rich high-quality beef cattle breeding and food safety traceability system.
