| Abstract: | Based on the premise of safety stock, minimizing inventory is the goal of inventory control from the perspective of cost. This paper takes the inventory management and control of a large-scale pig farm as an example to share some experience with pig farmers. At the same time, it shares the methodology of finding problems, analyzing problems, making plans, implementing tracking and forming cases for your reference. |
