摘    要:研究光合细菌培养液对经UV—C照射的白菜幼苗的防护作用。结果表明,在试验剂量范围内,UV—C照射可促进白菜幼苗叶绿素a、叶绿素b与类胡萝卜素的形成,喷施光合细菌培养液能稳定这3种成分的含量,对UV—C有一定的隔离和防护作用;经UV—C照射的白菜SOD活性普遍比未经UV—C照射的低,光合细菌培养液可在一定程度上提高白菜SOD活性;在较长时间的UV—C照射后,光合细菌培养液能提高和维持CAT活性。

Abstract:Culture solution of photosynthetic bacteria was used to culture Chinese cabbage seedlings treated with UV-C radiation. The result shows UV-C radiation at a given range of dosage promoted formation of chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b and carotenoid of the cabbage, and that the culture solution of photosynthetic bacteria played a role in isolation and protection from UV-C and facilitated to stabilize the content of chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b and carotenoid formed in the Chinese cabbage.
