| 摘 要： | 试验采用大剂量玉米粉投服法诱发奶山羊瘤胃酸中毒，首次测定了投报前、报服后４、８、１２、２４、３６、４８ｈ瘤胃液、血液、尿液中乳酸、内毒素、组织胺等主要指标的变化。结果显示：投服８ｈ后３项指标均显著高于投股前测定值（Ｐ〈０．０５或Ｐ〈０．０１），并呈逐渐上升趋势，均为奶山羊瘤胃酸中毒的致病因素。

| Abstract: | Rumenal acidosis was induced in milk goats by overloading with maize. Lactic acid, endotoxin and histamine concentrations in rumenal fluid,blood and urine were determined pre gavage and at 4,8,12,24,36,48 h post gavage. Signiicant differen ( P <0.05 or P <0.01)increases in the three indexes measured at 8h and afterwards post maize overloading were observed. The results indicated that lactic acid,endotoxin and histamine play the important roles in pathogenesis of rumenal acidosis in goats, thus providing new information for the mechanical studies of ruminant acidosis. |
