| 摘 要： | 通过两年不同蔬菜品种施用不同硝态氮肥试验,得出了施用不同种类及不同用量氮肥蔬菜中硝酸盐、亚硝酸盐的残留量,对指导蔬菜安全、经济生产有着积极的意义。
