摘    要:[目的]研究江苏省太湖流域主要河流底栖动物与水质的相关性。[方法]于2012年11月(枯水期)、2013年4月(平水期)、2013年8月(丰水期)对太湖流域主要河流39个采样点进行水质、大型底栖动物调查,分析底栖动物指数与水质因子的相关性,筛选出有相关性的水质因子。[结果]受水量的影响,与底栖动物指数有相关性的水质因子在各水期存在差异。各水期水质的营养状况是影响底栖动物生态健康的重要水环境因素。水质因子的变化与底栖动物群落结构和多样性有着复杂的关系,除营养盐外,SS、CO_4~(2-)、Ca~(2+)、Cu~(2+)、Hg~(2+)、Zn~(2+)、DOC、TOC、TH、Ni~(2+)与底栖动物指数呈显著负相关,说明重金属对河流底栖动物的生长有抑制作用。[结论]该研究结果可为太湖流域水生态保护提供基础资料和科学依据。

Correlation between Macrozoobenthos and Water Quality of Main Rivers in Taihu Basin of Jiangsu Province
Abstract:Objective] The aim was to study the correlation between macrozoobenthos and water quality of main rivers in Taihu Basin of Jiangsu Province.[ Method] Water quality and macrozoobenthos communities at 39 sampling sites across main river systems in Taihu Basin of Jiangsu Province in November 2012(low water period), April 2013 (normal water season) and August 2013 (high water season) were investigated, cor-relation between macrozoobenthos index and water quality factors was analyzed, relevant water quality factors were selected.[Result] The results showed that correlated water quality factors of macrozoobenthos index varied in different periods affected by water quantity.The nutritional status of water played an important role for the ecological health of macrozoobenthos in all periods .Water quality factors and macrozoobenthos communi-ties had a complex relationship.Except for nutrients, SS, CO4 2 -,Ca2 +, Cu2 +, Hg2 +, Zn2 +, DOC, TOC, TH, Ni2 +also showed significant neg-ative correlation with macrozoobenthos index, indicating that heavy metals may suppress growth of macrozoobenthos.[Conclusion] The study can provide basic data and scientific basis for ecological protection of water in Taihu Basin.
