松巨瘤天牛触角感器的扫描电镜观察

摘    要:目的]初步探讨松巨瘤天牛(Morimospasma paradoxum Ganglbauer)触角感器的功能。方法]利用扫描电镜观察松巨瘤天牛成虫触角感器的类型、数量和分布规律。结果]松巨瘤天牛成虫触角上共有4种类型的感器,即刺形感器(Ⅰ型、Ⅱ型、Ⅲ型和Ⅴ型)、锥形感器、指形感器和钩形感器;触角各节感器的分布存在明显差异,背面、腹面的感器类型和数量也存在明显差异。结论]研究结果为今后的电生理学、比较行为学和生物防治研究提供了基础资料。

Scanning Election Microscopic Observations of Sensilla on the Antenna of Morimospasma paradoxum Ganglbauer
Abstract:Objective] The aim was to discuss functions of sensilla on the antenna of Morimospasma paradoxum Ganglbauer.Method] Anten-nal sensilla types,number and distribution of Morimospasma paradoxum Ganglbauer dorsal and ventral were observed with scanning electron mi-croscopy. Result] The results showed that the sensilla can be classified into four types morphologically, including chaetica sensillumⅠ,Ⅱ,ⅢandⅤ,basiconic sensillum,finger sensillum,hook sensillum.The distribution of antennal each sensill are obviously different,there exist obvious differences in type and quantity of antennal sensilla on the dorsal and ventral.Conclusion] The results can provide basic information for the stud-y of electrophysiology, comparative behavior and biological control in the future.
