摘    要:培养拔尖创新人才是高等教育内涵式建设的重要任务。作为应用型专业,食品科学工程专业高度重视大学生创新能力培养。然而长期以来,专业教育存在教学主体地位倒置、协同能力培养不足和实践模式单一的问题,对创新能力培养缺乏有效支撑。因此,有必要在工程教育专业认证背景下,基于成果导向教育(Outcomes-based Education,OBE),以创新能力培养为目标,倒逼传统教育模式改革,从专业知识和软实力培养角度提高创新能力培育的载体支撑度和目标达成度,为一流人才培养寻求有效保障。这也成为食品专业发展不容忽视的议题。

Abstract:Cultivation of innovative talents is an important task for higher education connotative construction.As one of applied majors, Food Sci-ence and Engineering specialty attaches great importance to the innovation ability of students.However, the status of teaching subject is upside down.Coordination ability is insufficiency.And the teaching practice mode is rigid.Effective support for the cultivation of innovative ability is lacked.Therefore, we pointed out that it was necessary to take innovation ability training as the target, traditional education mode was forced to adjust based on Outcomes-based Education ( OBE) under the background of professional certification of engineering education.From the aspects of professional knowledge and soft strength cultivation, we should enhance the vector support degree and goal reaching degree of innovative ability cultivation, which was helpful to accomplish the goal of first-class talent cultivation in Food Science and Engineering specialty.
