摘    要:[目的]研究白及种子在液体悬浮培养条件下萌发的最佳条件,为快速繁殖白及幼苗提供技术支撑。[方法]研究不同光照条件、不同培养基和不同激素及浓度对白及种子萌发的影响。[结果]黑暗有利于白及种子萌发,1/2 MS适宜作为白及种子萌发基本培养基。植物激素对白及种子无菌萌发有一定的促进作用,其中,添加1.0 mg/L NAA对白及萌发促进效果最明显。[结论]在黑暗条件下,以1/2 MS+1.0 mg/L NAA为萌发培养基,白及种子萌发率高,萌发整齐一致,且原球茎生长速度一致。

Fluid Suspension Culture of Bletilla striata (Thunb.) Reichb.f.Protocorm
Abstract:Objective] To research the optimum germination condition for liquid suspension culture of Bletilla striata (Thunb.) Reichb.f. seeds, and to provide technological supports for the rapid propagation of B.striata seedlings and saving its resources.[Method] The effects of different light conditions, culture mediums and the hormone types and concentrations on the germination of B.striata seeds were investigated. [Result] Dark culture was beneficial to the germination of B.striata seeds, and the medium of 1/2 MS was a proper basic medium for the seed germination.In addition, plant hormones could promote the seeds germination, among them, adding 1.0 mg/L NAA in the medium was the most effective.[Conclusion] Under dark culture, with 1/2 MS+1.0 mg/L NAA as a germination medium, the B.striata seeds have a high germina-tion rate and orderly germination, and the protocorm has a consistent growth rate.
