黄瓜穴盘育苗低成本基质混土配比研究

摘    要:黄瓜穴盘育苗低成本基质混土配比研究。试验结果表明,用麦秸、牛粪和土壤以(4.8~5.4)∶(3.2~3.6)∶(1~2)的比例(体积比)配成的复合基质进行黄瓜穴盘育苗,幼苗生长健壮,能形成良好的塞子苗。该基质的容重为0.337~0.444g/cm3,总孔隙度为81.2%~86.0%,通气孔隙度为21.5%~27.1%,持水孔隙度为58.9%~59.2%,EC值1.87~2.57mS/cm。粘土比河沙土更适宜作穴盘育苗的基质材料。

Abstract:As more soil was added to basic media (wheat straw∶dry cattle excrement=3∶2),the multiple medias volume weight increased,total porosity and aeration porosity decreased,and water-holding porosity kept invariable. The best cucumber plug-seedling could be obtained on media blended with (15±5)% soil,which volume weight,total porosity,aeration porosity and EC value respectively were 0.337-0.444 g/cm3,81.2%-86.0%,21.5%-27.1% and 1.87-2.57 mS/cm. Compared to the sand soil,clay soil was more proper for plug seedling,which media blended with 20% soil.
