| Abstract: | Pollens of Chinese Pine (Pinus tabulae formis) contained 17 hydrolyzable amino acids, 5 fatty acids and sugars and flavonoids. The contents of VB1,VB2, VC and 13 mineral elements were determined. These results indicated that pollens of Chinese pine are rich in nutritive and medical values. |
