基于元认知策略的大学英语口语教学实践研究

摘    要:口语在外语学习中非常重要,但口语教学在外语教学实践中却一直遭到忽视。我国英语教学长期以来一直存在着“费时低效”、“哑巴英语”的问题。针对这种状况,以河北农业大学大一新生为被试对象,考察了元认知策略对大一新生大学英语口语学习的影响效果,结果表明,元认知策略在非英语专业学生口语的语音和流畅性方面起到了良好的干预效果。

Abstract:Oral English learning is very important in English learning. Oral English teaching, however, is always ignored in teaching practice. Problems like "costing time, low efficiency" and "dumb English" have always been puzzling English teaching in China. This paper is based on series of tests on some freshmen in Agricultural University of Hebei and deals with meta- cognitive strategies' effect on freshmen's oral English learning, which shows that metacogni- tire strategies indeed has a positive and striking interference in non-English majors' pronunciation and fluency.
