| 摘 要： | 文章介绍了一种农用自卸车举升机构关键部件结构的设计,机构主要由翻转车厢、举升油缸、举升三角架、拉杆及支承铰座等构件组成。利用该车发动机动力驱动液器--液压泵--分配器--举升油缸,将车厢举升到一角度卸货,并依靠车厢自重使其复位的农用汽车。后方倾卸用双缸直推式液压举升机构。实践运用表明其结构简单,设计更合理,受到客户好评...

| Abstract: | Introduces a kind of lifting mechanism of agricultural dump the structural design of the key parts, agencies mainly by the flip cars, lifting oil cylinder, lifting a tripod, bars and supporting hinge stands, and so on components. This use the car engine driving liquid generator - hydraulic pump -- splitter -- lifting cylinder), lifting to an Angle cars, and depend on car discharge its weight reduction agricultural cars. The rear dump urn transductive with hydraulic lifting mechanism. Practice application shows that its simple structure, design more reasonable and was praised by the customers. |
