福建省农用地资源评价及其利用保护对策

研究评价了福建省农用地资源的数量、质量、潜力及其分布 .结果表明 ,福建省农用地资源总量和人均数量均以宜林地占绝对优势 ,宜耕类资源优势主要集中于三明、南平和漳州 ;宜园类资源优势主要集中于漳州、南平和宁德 ;宜林类资源优势主要集中于三明、南平和龙岩 ;而宜水产养殖类资源优势则集中于福州和宁德 .宜耕地的质量较差 ,而宜园和宜林地的质量则稍高 .现状农用地资源具有较大的增产潜力 ,且以现状宜耕地的增产潜力最大 ,中低产现状宜耕地主要分布于南平、三明、龙岩、福州和宁德 .全省土地资源开发利用率高达 95.6 3% ,开发利用的总体潜力已不大 ,但宜园地资源仍有较大开发利用潜力 .在农用地资源评价的基础上 ,提出了福建省农用地资源合理利用和保护的若干对策 .

Evaluation and utilization-protection measures of agricultural land resource in Fujian Province

The quantities, quality, potentiality and distribution of agricultural land resources in Fujian Province were evaluated. The results showed that both total of agricultural land resouces and per capita quantity of land suited for forestry were absolutly superior in Fujian Province. Most of land resources suited for cultivation were distributed in Sanming, Nanping and Zhangzhou; most of those suited for orchard and tea garden were dispersed in Zhangzhou, Nanping and Ningde; most of those suited for forestry were distributed in Sanming, Nanping and Longyan; and the majority of those suited for aquatics were dispersed in Fuzhou and Ningde. The land quality suited for cultivation was lower, but those suited for garden and forestry were slightly higher. The available agricultural land resources, especially the available cultivated land resources, had higher potentiality of increasing production. Most of the cultivated land with middle low yield were distributed in Nanping, Sanming, Longyan, Fuzhou and Ningde. The utilizing ratio of land resources in Fujian was about 95.63%, so the total utilizing potentiality of land resources was lower,but the exploiting and utilizing potentiality of land suited for orchard and tea garden was still higher. Some measures for rational utilization and protection of the agricultural land resources in Fujian Province were pointed out based on the results of evaluation.
