摘    要:以 15 种籼稻品种为研究对象,对福建省典型籼稻种植区进行表层样品土壤和稻米的协同采样,并研究钒(V)在表层样品土壤和稻米中的迁移特性。结果显示:调查区域样品土壤全 V、有效 V、稻米 V 含量分别为9.31~123.9 mg/kg、0.3~41.16 mg/kg、18~449 μg/kg。15.63%的样品土壤超过了福建省样品土壤 V 背景值,10.63%的样品土壤超过了我国样品土壤 V 背景值。糙米 V 与有机质、游离铁含量呈极显著负相关(p<0.01),与粘粒、CEC 呈极显著正相关(p<0.01),与有效度达到了显著正相关(p<0.05),三系、二系、常规籼稻糙米之间并没有出现显著性差异(p>0.05)。杂交籼稻有效基富集系数是常规籼稻的 2.66 倍。常规籼稻耐受性最强,是适宜耕种的品系,特优 009 是适宜耕种的品种。研究区域 V 的最大摄入量(0.19 kg/d)远远大于口服参考计量,该地区食用糙米摄入量风险较大。该结果可为福建省不同地区水稻的安全种植提供参考。

Abstract:The accumulating ability and transfer characteristics of vanadium (V) from soil-to-rice grain by different indica rice cultivars were studied. A total of 15 cultivars and the corresponding surface soil samples were collected from the main rice planting areas in Fujian Province. The results showed that the contents of total soil V, available soil V and rice grain V ranges from 9.31–123.9 mg/kg, 0.3–41.16 mg/kg and 18–449 μg/kg. In addition, 15.63% of the soil V exceeded the background value of soil V in Fujian Province and 10.63% of the soil V were higher than the background value for China’s soil. The brown rice V exhibited a significantly negative correlations with organic matter and free iron content (p<0.01). There was no significant differences between the three-line hybrid rice, two-line hybrid rice and conventional Indica rice (p<0.05). The enrichment coefficient of Indica hybrid rice were 2.66 times that of conventional indica rice. Also, the conventional Indica rice was the most tolerant and suitable for cultivation, of which Teyou 009 showed the lowest accumulating ability. The maximum intake of V in the studied area (0.19 kg/d) was far greater than the oral reference measurement, and the risk of eating brown rice intake was higher in the region. The results of this study could provide references for practical application and safe planting of rice in different areas of Fujian Province.
