油菜素类固醇对扇叶铁线蕨配子体生长的影响

摘    要:以扇叶铁线蕨(Adiantum flabellulatum L.)孢子为实验材料,通过不同浓度 2,4 表油菜素内酯(2,4-epibrassinolide, 2,4-eBL)处理,观察孢子萌发及原叶体的生长状况。结果表明:10–10 mol/L 2,4-eBL 促进扇叶铁线蕨孢子萌发,10–11 mol/L 2,4-eBL 促进原叶体生长。本实研究不仅为促进扇叶铁线蕨孢子萌发和原叶体生长提供新方法,而且还为研究植物激素调控蕨类植物生长提供参考。

Abstract:The spores of Adiantum flabellulatum L. were treated with different concentrations of 2,4-epibrassinolide to  observe the spore germination and the growth of the gametophyte. The results showed that 10–10 mol/L 2,4-eBL could shorten the spore germination, and 10–11 mol/L 2,4-eBL could promote the growth of the gametophyte. This experiment would not only provide new ways to promote the spore germination and gametophyte growth of A. flabellulatum, but also provide references for the study of phytohormones in the regulation of the growth of ferns.
