海南山栏稻品种全生育期抗旱性鉴定与评价

摘    要:以筛选优质抗旱山栏稻种质资源为研究目的,利用陆稻全生育期综合抗旱性鉴定体系对22个海南山栏稻品种进行抗旱性鉴定与评价。结果表明:海南山栏稻品种不同生育期间所表现出的抗旱能力具有极显著的正相关关系;山栏糯(黄壳)(编号1、4、6、18、22)等5个品种在全生育期均表现出高抗旱能力。此结果为开展山栏稻抗旱新品种选育及优异抗旱基因挖掘等工作提供重要的实验材料,同时说明海南山栏稻群体中蕴含丰富的抗旱遗传种质资源,应加强山栏稻种质资源的收集保护及评价鉴定工作。

Abstract:To seek out Shanlan upland rice resources with excellent drought resistance, we identified and estimated22 Shanlan upland rice variations using comprehensive drought resistance assessment system for the whole growth period of upland rice in this study.  The results show that, the drought-resistance ability  in Shanlan upland rice in  Hainan in different growth stages has a significant positive correlation. Shanlan nuo (yellow seed coat)  (No.:1, 4,  6, 18, 22) showed high resistance to drought in full growth, which is the excellent  parental  material  for  breeding  new Shanlan upland rice varieties and gene-explore of drought-resistance. Our results indicated that there are rich  genetic resources with drought -resistance in Shanlan upland rice in Hainan, which  should  be  pay  attention  to  resource collection, protection and evaluation in this area.
