花粉活力对澳洲坚果初始坐果率的影响

摘    要:为了解花粉活力对澳洲坚果初始坐果率的影响,以高产品种‘南亚2号’和低产品种‘B3/74’为材料,对2个品种的花粉活力及初始坐果率进行了测定和分析。结果表明,‘南亚2号’花粉活力较强,其初始坐果率也较高。‘南亚2号’的花粉染色率和花粉萌发率分别达到89.0%和33.3%,显著高于‘B3/74’的56.7%和8.1%,其柱头上附着的花粉粒数量及花粉萌发量也显著多于‘B3/74’,‘南亚2号’的初始坐果率为10.9%,显著高于‘B3/74’的9.0%。

Abstract:High-yield  variety  ‘ Nanya-2’ and  low-yield  variety  ‘ B3/74’ were  used  as  the  materials  to  evaluate the  effects  of  pollen  viability  on  initial  fruit  set  ratio  of  macadamia.  The  results  showed  that  ‘Nanya-2’ had  high pollen  viability,  and  it  had  high  fruit  set  ratio.  The  dyeing  rate  and    germination  rate  of  ‘ Nanya-2’ pollen  was 89.0% and 33.3% respectively, which was significantly higher than that of ‘B3/74’ pollen 56.7% and 8.1%. The number  of  pollen  and  germinated  pollen  on  stigma  of  ‘ Nanya-2’ was  significantly  greater  than  that  of  ‘ B3/74’. The  initial  fruit  set  ratio  of  ‘Nanya-2’ was  10.9%,  significantly  higher  than  that  of  ‘B3/74’ 9.0%.
