| Abstract: | Through some examples, the function of task_decomposition in project management is expatiated. A simple and efficient task_decomposition approach of hierarchical planning system is introduced, and its idea is reflected in work breakdown structure. Some problems in work breakdown structure are emphasized in the paper. |
