摘    要:由于我国劳动争议处理制度的目标模式至今尚未完全确立,而现行的劳动争议处理制度又存在着诸多问题。加入WTO,要求我国劳动争议处理制度与国际接轨。本文针对我国劳动争议仲裁制度和时效制度中存在的问题,探讨劳动争议处理制度的创新,以期完善我国的劳动争议处理制度。

A brief discuss on the labor dispute law in china
Abstract:With the open policy and further development of the deeply reformed economic system,there are more and more labor disputes which are also more complex,As a result,we should pay attention to the study on the settlement of the labor dispute either in law theory or in law practice.This essay brings up several problems and suggestions based on the principle of settlement of labor dispute in China and some rules from abroad,aiming at improving our labor settlement system on labor.The problems on arbitration and finance system in the labor dispute have been discussed as a main idea in this paper.
