视网膜母细胞瘤109例分析

目的：分析视网膜母细胞瘤的发病特点和诊治规律。方法；收集本院近２３ａ来的１０９例ＲＢ病毒，对其临床特点，病理表现，治疗，预后及家系调查作一回顾性分析。结果：７７．１％的病例就诊年龄小于５岁。２２例为双眼发病，９例具有肿瘤家族史。１０９例中以晚期虱阳多见，病理检查大多可见有视神经和巩膜浸润。

Analysis of 109 cases of retinablastoma

Objective:To study the clinical features and treatment of retinoblastoma (RB). Methods:The clinical features,pathological findings,family history,treatment and prognosis were retrospectively analyzed in 109 RB cases from 1972 to 1995.Results:Most diagnosed cases(77.1%) were under 5 years,20.2% were bilateral,nine cases(8.3%)had family tumor history.Most of the cases were clinically in the late stage,whose optic nerves or sclera were pathologically invaded.In treatment,enucleation was still the first choice for these cases.Supplementary radiotherapy was used in some cases with a poor prognosis.Some other tumors had been found in their relatives on the family investigation.Conclusions:RB is the most common intra ocular tumor in children.The enucleation is still the choice of treatment for cases in the late stage.The importance of the pathological diagnosis was emphasized on the choice of treatment methods.Early diagnosis and treatment is the key to increase the survival rate.A thorough fundus examination is important espeacially for these children who have family tumor history.
