南美白对虾死后组织自溶规律的研究

摘    要:为区别生前病变和死后变化,确定南美白对虾病理组织取材的有效时间,对南美白对虾组织自溶的规律进行了研究。分别于死后0,0.5,1,2,3 h和 4 h取材作常规组织学切片。在光学显微镜下观察,发现死后 2 h脑、触角腺以及肝胰腺的自溶较为明显,而其他器官在死后 4 h 仍未见明显的自溶现象。研究表明南美白对虾病理组织取材时间在死后2 h内为宜。

Abstract:In order to ensure the effective sample time of Penaeus vannamei and to distinguish postmortem changes from the pathologic changes occur before death.The samples of postmortem autolyzation on Penaeus vannamei.0,0.5,1, 2, 3 h and 4 h postmortem shrimps were, fixed and made into ordinary microslides. It was found that, brain, atennal gland and midgut gland (hepatopancreas) began to autolyze markedly at 2 h postmortem, while other organs did not show autolytic appearance even at 4 h postmortem. Thus the results indicated that the appropriate sampled time for Penaeus vannamei should be 0 h~2 h postmortem.
