摘    要:研究了平菇杂优1号和鸡腿蘑Cc-1的保藏菌株、组织分离菌株和多孢分离菌株的菌丝培养特性和农艺性状,分别将3种不同来源的菌株进行了两两对峙培养,结果表明组织分离菌株和多孢分离菌株与保藏菌株间菌丝生长速率、密度、色泽及现蕾时间等方面没有明显差异,任意两菌株间均无拮抗。与保藏菌株相比较.鸡腿蘑多孢分离菌株在产量上有正负两种效应。而组织分离菌株增产均在10%以上。平菇所有分离菌株的子实体形态特征及产量均不如保藏菌株。

Abstract:The mycelia growth characteristics and agronomical characters of Zayou 1 strains in Pleurotus ostreatus and Cc- 1 strains in. coprinus comatus were studied in this paper. Meantime, the strains come from tree types which were used in dual culture respectively, did not show antagonistic effects between whatever two strains. The results showed that the mycelia growth rate, density, color and the primordial formation time of tissue isolation strains and multi - spore isolation strains were almost the same as that of the preservation strain. In the yield, multi - spore isolation strains Cc - 1 strains in Coprinus comatus and negative two kind of effect, but tissue isolation strains all axe increase, the increasing rate axe higher 10%. But the forms of the fruit bodies and the fields of all the tissue isolation strains or isolation strains of Zayou 1 strains in Pleuotus ostreatus were worse than that of the preservation strain.
