土地整理项目初步设计中存在的问题及对策

随着我国城市化进程的加速,许多地方人地矛盾日益突出,土地资源的开发、利用、保护、整理不断得到人们的重视,而其中的土地整理已成为重中之重。结合工作实际对当前的土地开发整理项目初步设计存在的问题进行了分析,并提出解决问题的对策。

With the acceleration of urbanization process in China,the contradiction between people and land become increasingly prominent in many parts.Groat importance are attached to development,utilization,protection and consolidation of land resources,and land consolidation has become the top key point.Based on practical work,the problems of the preliminary design of land consolidation project were analyzed,and the countermeasures were proplsed.
