锰对公鸡琥珀酸脱氢酸活性及曲细精管中精子密度的影响

摘    要:本文用Jaswant酶测定法和组织学方法就日粮锰对公鸡琥珀酸脱氢酶(SDH)活性及睾丸曲细精管中精子密度的影响进行了研究。结果表明,缺锰的Ⅰ组(添加Mn 0ppm)或高锰的Ⅳ组(添加Mn 300ppm)致使血清、肝脏和睾丸SDH活性下降。组织学观察表明:Ⅰ、Ⅳ组与Ⅲ组(添加Mn 100ppm)相比性成熟延迟,睾丸曲细精管精子数降低(P<0.01)。睾丸SDH 活性与曲细精管精子数相关系数r-0.9493,提示日粮中锰缺乏或过多造成曲细精管精子生成下降的重要原因之一是由于锰影响了睾丸SDH活性。


The effects of manganese on the sctivity of auccinic dehydrogenase and the sperm concertration of seminiferous tubules in stud-cocks
Abstract:The results indicated that in deficiency-Mn Group I (added Mn 0 ppm) and exce-ss-Mn Group IV (added Mn 300ppm) , the activities of dehydrgenase (SDH) in serum, liver and tcstis were failed. Histological examination showed that the sexual maturity of cocks was delated and the sperm concertration of seminiferous tubules was decreased in Group I and Group IV in comparison with the cocks in Group Ⅲ (added Mn 100ppm). The activity of testicular SDH were correlated with the Sperm concentration of seminiferous tubules (r=0.9493).
