| 摘 要： | [目的]筛选适宜切花腊梅保鲜的药剂及其浓度。[方法]以素心腊梅为试材，以青霉素（700、900、1100mg／L）、硝酸银（102、136、170mg／L）8-羟基喹啉（50、70、90、200mg／L）3种药剂不同浓度进行正交试验，筛选适于切花腊梅保鲜剂配方，测定切花腊梅的花枝鲜重、水分平衡值、开花率、糖及蛋白质含量5个指标。[结果]根据素心腊梅的折线图和花枝鲜重、糖含量、蛋白质含量、水分平衡值、开花率5组数据分析，在正交试验的9个处理中，以凡B2c，（青霉素900mg／L＋硝酸银136mg／L＋8-羟基喹咛90mg／L）对延缓切花腊梅的衰老有明显的效果，在冬季条件下素心腊梅保鲜可达15d，同时比对照延长观赏寿命6—7d。[结论]较高浓度的青霉素、硝酸银和8-羟基喹咛的药剂组合对切花腊梅具有明显的保鲜效果。
