CaCl_2溶液处理油菜种子的萌发代谢效应

油菜种子秦油2号分别用不同浓度的CaCl_2及不同时间浸种处理。结果表明,在一定浓度和时间范围内,Ca~(2 )能够促进脂肪酶、过氧化物酶的活力、加强呼吸,提高发芽率。用0.3％CaCl_2溶液浸种24小时效果最佳。浸种时间过长和浓度过高,对油菜种子萌发及代谢有抑制作用。

EFFECTS OF CaCl_2 ON METABOLISM IN GERMINATION OF RAPESEED

Different concerntrations of calcium ions(Ca ) were used to soak rapeseeds (B.nap-its ,cv.Qinyou No.2 ) in different hours.The results indicated that calcium ions could enhance lipase and peroxidase activities and thus improve the germinating capacity of rapeseed.The best combination of treatment was soaking seeds for twenty four hours in CaCl2 solution of 0.3% When the co-ncerntration was above 0.3% or the treatment duration was longer than 48 hours the germination metabolism was inhibited.
