摘    要:随着社会和经济体制的改革,城市基层组织--社区应运而生,并在实践中取得尤为重要的作用。但是随着整体社会经济发展大背景的影响,社区的服务与建设也面临着诸多的考验与威胁。为了应对考验与威胁,应对全球营销时代的冲击,针对城市社区进行必要营销进而提高其服务效率和效果是值得深思和探讨的。

Abstract:With society and economic system reformation, the city organization at the grass-roots level --community arises at the historic moment, and gets the especially important effect in practice. But, community service and construction are also confronted with a lot of ordeals and threatening with overall society economic growth. For answering the ordeal, the threat and the pounding of the whole world marketing times, it is to be worth thinking deeply about and discuss specifically for the city community carrying out the necessary marketing and then improving serving efficiency and effect.
