摘    要:干旱条件下 ,两个甘蔗品种剥叶不砍种处理的出苗率、成茎率、有效茎数高于剥叶砍种浸种的 ,而且具有较高的净光合强度、蒸腾强度、胞间 CO2 浓度、气孔导度和甘蔗蔗糖分。在春季雨水较多的 1998年 ,新台糖 16号剥叶砍种浸种消毒处理的甘蔗产量最高 ;在春季连续干旱的 1999年 ,桂糖 11号剥叶不砍种的甘蔗产量是两个品种 4种砍种处理中最高的 ,增产幅度 11.94 % - 69.86%。

Abstract:Under drought condition, the treatment of multiple buded seedcane without leaf sheath showed higher germination rate and more millable stalks, and higher net photosynthetic intensity, respiration intensity, CO 2 concentration in cell internal, stomata conductance and sucrose in cane for two sugarcane cultivars as compared with other treatments, including treatment of two-buded seedcane without leaf sheath and soaking. In 1998, when it rained more in the spring, the treatment of two-buded seedcane without leaf sheath and soaking for ROC 16 recorded the highest cane yield. In 1999, however, when the spring was in serious drought condition, the treatment of multiple-buded seedcane without leaf sheath for GT11 showed the highest cane yield, which was 11.94-69.86% higher than that of other treatments.
