β-氨基丁酸合成制剂诱导抗病性活性研究

摘    要:对以β-氨基丁酸(BABA)为主要成份研制的BABA合成制剂温室诱导辣椒和番茄抗TMV、CMV、疫病、疮痂病和根结线虫及田间诱导大白菜抗霜霉病的活性开展了研究。结果表明,10% BABA可溶性粉剂对多种病害的诱抗效果均好于BABA纯剂,以对辣椒疫病的诱抗效果最佳,接种后10 d诱抗效果仍高迭88%;对大白菜抗霜霉病的诱抗效果也较生产上常用药剂甲霜锰锌要好。BABA衍生物对TMV、CMV、疫病和根结线虫亦表现出一定的诱抗潜能。

Abstract:β-aminobutyric acid (BABA) is a plant chemical inducers of resistance which can induces resistance against a large number of plant pathogens.The activity of BABA compound induced resistance against many vegetable disea- ses in the greenhouse or field was investigated.Our results showed that 10% BABA soluble powder was more effective against diseases than pure BABA.The activity against pepper phytophthora blight by 10 % BABA soluble powder was more than 88 % 10 days after inoculation.The efficacy in controll...
