摘    要:研究NaCl胁迫对甜瓜种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响,可为盐碱地区甜瓜栽培品种选择以及抗盐品种选育提供理论依据。以羊角瓜、东方雪密、黑皮棱子酥、超甜盛开花、绿园和红籽酥瓜6个甜瓜品种为试材,设NaCl浓度0.0%(CK)、0.5%、1.0%、1.5%、2.0%和2.5%计6个处理,分别在实验室内采用滤纸培养法进行了种子发芽试验、在连栋日光智能温室内采用混合培养基培养法进行了幼苗生长试验,根据测定的种子萌发指标(发芽率、发芽势、胚根长度和胚轴粗度)和幼苗生长指标(株高、茎粗、活力指数和干重),分析不同盐度胁迫对甜瓜种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响,并对参试品种的耐盐性进行了评价。结果表明:≤1.0%的盐度胁迫,对甜瓜种子萌发有一定的促进作用;随着盐溶液浓度的升高,各甜瓜品种的发芽势和发芽率均总体呈下降趋势,幼根生长受到明显抑制,幼苗生长、活力指数和干物质积累均出现下降趋势。6个甜瓜品种对不同浓度盐胁迫的反应敏感性不同,其中,黑皮棱子酥耐盐性最强,东方雪密、绿园和红籽酥瓜耐盐性次之,超甜盛开花和羊角瓜耐盐性较差。

Abstract:The effects of NaC1 stress on seed theoretical basis for the varieties selection and Dongfangxuemi, Heipilengzisu, Chaotianshe germination and seedling growth of melon were studied in order to provide salt resistant varieties breeding in saline-alkali area. Using Yangjiaogua, ngkaihua, Lvyuan and Hongzisugua as the materials, six NaCI concentrations were set including 0, 0. 5%, 1.0%, 1.5%, 2. 0% and 2.5%. The seed germination experiment was carried out using the filter culture method in laboratory, and the seedling growth was measured on mixture medium in multi-span solar intelligent greenhouse. The seed germination index (germination rate, germination potential, radicle length and hypocotyl diameter) and the seedling growth index (plant length, stem diameter, vitality index and dry weight) were determined. The salt tolerance of each variety was evaluated. The results showed that less than 1.0% of NaC1 concentration had a positive effect to the seed germination. With the increasing of NaC1 concentration, the germination potential and germination rate of each variety showed the downtrend, the young root growth was significantly inhibited, the seedling growth, vitality index and dry weight accumulation declined. The sensitivity to salt stress of six varieties was different. The salt tolerance of Heipilengzisu was the strongest, that of Dongfangxuemi, Lvyuan and Hongzisugua was the next, and that of Chaotianshengkaihua and Yangjiaogua was the worst.
