IAA和NAA处理对黄冠梨果皮钙含量的影响

摘    要:为探讨生长素类物质与梨果皮钙含量的关系,以黄冠梨为试材,研究果实套袋前喷施IAA和NAA对果皮钙含量变化的影响。结果表明:进入膨大期(即花后80 d)后,IAA处理果实的果皮总钙含量显著高于套3层袋处理,但NAA处理与套3层袋处理差异不显著;IAA处理果实的果皮水溶性钙和NaCl溶性钙含量显著高于套3层袋处理,而NAA处理果实的果皮中这2种钙含量与套3层袋处理无显著差异;IAA处理较套3层袋处理显著提高了果皮醋酸溶性钙含量,而NAA处理对醋酸溶性钙含量影响不大;IAA和NAA处理均降低了果皮HCl溶性钙以及残余钙的相对含量。IAA处理可促进套袋黄冠梨果皮中总钙、水溶性钙、NaCl溶性钙和醋酸溶性钙含量的增加。

Abstract:In order to study the relationship between auxin substances and calcium content of pear peel,the effects of IAA and NAA on the calcium content in the peel of bagged fruit of Huangguan pear were studied.The results showed that after the fruit expansion period(80 days after flowering),IAA treatment could significantly increase the total calcium content,water soluble calcium content,NaCl soluble calcium content,and acetate soluble calcium content,but NAA treatment had no significantly difference compared with three layers bagging treatment.IAA treatment and NAA treatment could decrease HCl soluble calcium content and residual calcium content.IAA treatment could promote the increase of the total calcium,water soluble calcium,NaCl solube calcium and acetate soluble calcium content in the peel of bagged fruit of Huangguan pear.
