利用蚯蚓处理农业废弃物及其肥效研究

为了探究蚯蚓处理农业废弃物（鲜菌糠、鲜牛粪）的作用以及对肥效的影响,分别采用鲜牛粪、鲜菌糠及鲜牛粪＋鲜菌糠（干重比1∶1）作为原料饲养蚯蚓,测定了处理前后物料中重要养分（氮、磷、钾和有机质）的含量变化,利用T检验判断各成分在处理前后含量的差异显著性,并分析了变化的原因。结果表明：基于蚯蚓的生物作用,经蚯蚓处理后所得的有机肥料中速效氮、全磷、速效磷和速效钾含量均显著提高,全氮和有机质含量显著下降。农业废弃物饲养蚯蚓后增强了肥效,并为低成本高效饲养蚯蚓提供了原料,可实现资源的循环利用。

Study on Agricultural Wastes Treatment with Earthworm and Its Fertilizer Efficiency

To explore the effect of agricultural waste（fresh worthless stuff of mushroom-planted and fresh cow dung）treatment with the earthworm,earthworms were fed with the fresh cow dung,fresh worthless stuff of mushroom-planted,and 1∶ 1 mixture of both,the contents of important nutrients（N,P,K and organic matter）in the agricultural waste before and after treatment were determined,the significance of the change was evaluated using T-test,and the causes were analyzed.The results showed that the available nitrogen,total phosphorus,available phosphorus and potassium in the organic fertilizers significantly increased,while the total nitrogen and organic matter content significantly decreased with the treatment of earthworms.Feeding earthworms with agricultural waste could increase the fertilizer efficiency and decrease the cost.
