| 摘 要： | 为了探讨日粮中添加不同水平的果胶酶对鹅纤维及钙(Ca)、磷(P)代谢的影响,选取24只24月龄的健康五龙鹅,随机分为4组,日粮中果胶酶添加水平分别为0%,0.1%,0.2%,0.3%,采用全收粪法进行代谢试验。结果表明:在代谢能(ME)和粗蛋白(CP)摄入量基本一致的条件下,随着果胶酶添加水平的提高,粗纤维(CF)、中性洗涤纤维(NDF)、酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)的消化率分别为20.55%~37.59%,38.74%~55.62%,34.03%~47.98%,钙、磷的表观消化率分别比对照组提高1.81%~7.04%和5.51%~8.38%。说明在日粮中添加适量的果胶酶制剂能够提高鹅对纤维及钙、磷的消化率。

| Abstract: | In order to discuss the effect of different levels of dietary supplemental Pectinase on digestion and absorption of Ca,P and fiber in geese,twenty-four-month-old Wulong geese were selected and divided into four groups at random.
