植物生长调节剂“891”提高小麦抗旱性机理研究

摘    要:利用液培和土培的方式研究了植物生长调节剂“891”对小麦幼苗抗旱性的影响。结果表明,叶面喷施100μg/ml和300μg/ml的“891”溶液可明显提高水分胁迫下小麦幼苗的叶绿素含量和光合速率,降低叶片气孔阻力,增强多酚氧化酶和过氧化物酶活性。过氧化物酶同工酶电泳表明,除了原有各酶带的活性增加外,还新增了P1,P2,P9和P104条酶带。在提高小麦幼苗抗旱性方面,100μg/ml“891”效果较好。

Abstract:The effect of plant growth regulator “891” on the drought-resistance in wheat was studied under the condition of solution or soil culture. The results showed that chlorophyll content and rate of photosynthesis were prominently increased, stomatal resistance decreased, activities of PPO and POD increased in the leaf of wheat seedlings under water stress. The electrophoretogram of POD isoenzyme indicated that the four new enzyme bands (P1, P2, P9, P10,) appeared with the increase of the original enzyme bands.As far as the increase of drought-resistance in wheat seedlings was concerned, the better result was gained by leaf-spraying 100 g/ml “891”.
