柴油机碳烟颗粒物捕集器设计与试验

摘    要:提出以聚丙烯腈基碳纤维毡作为柴油机碳烟颗粒物捕集介质的方法,研制出聚丙烯腈基碳纤维毡碳烟捕集器。在CC485型柴油机上的试验结果表明:该碳烟捕集器具有较高的捕集效率,所产生的排气压降对柴油机工作性能的影响不大。

Abstract:A new method of trapping diesel exhaust soot particulate by using polyacrylonitrile carbon fiber felt (PAN) was introduced. PAN carbon fiber felt is a material with many holes and can filter soot particulate effectively. A PAN particulate trap was developed and with it, an experi-mental research was carried out. The experimental results indicate that this kind of particulate trap has satisfactory trapping efficiency and has a little influence on the engine performance.
