摘    要:蔗糖浓度在 0~ 5 0 mg/g的范围内 ,甘薯茎尖分生组织培养均可成苗。随着蔗糖浓度的增加 ,诱导成苗率呈钟形曲线。最适范围为 2 0~ 30 mg/g,在此范围内甘薯茎尖分生组织诱导成苗率达 80 %以上

Abstract:During the meristem culture of sweet potato stem-tip, seedlings can be regenerated when the sucrose concentration was among the range of 0~50%. With the increasing of sucrose concentration, the curve of induced seedling rate looked like a pendulum. Of this extent (0~50%), the adaptive sucrose concentration was not beyond 20%~30%, and the regeneration rate from sweet potato stem-tip culture could be 80% above.
