环保垃圾车刮板有限元分析及轻量化设计

摘    要:刮板是环保垃圾车收集垃圾的主要工作部件。本文建立了刮板的三维模型和有限元模型,获得了最大载荷作用下各部位的应力应变的分布,并根据有限元模型计算了模态频率和模态振型,最后采用灵敏度分析方法对刮板结构做了轻量化设计。改进后的方案已经应用于实际生产,降低了材料成本。

Abstract:The scraping board is the primary working part of waste-collecting device in a sanitary garbage truck.The three-dimensional model and CAE model of it are built in this paper.By calculating the CAE model under the maximum load,the distributions of stress and strain on it as well as vibration frequency and modal analysis are obtained.Based on the finite element analysis,optimization design of the structure on the scraping board by sensitivity analysis is presented.The improved measures are used in the practical manufacture with a lower cost of materials.
