| 摘 要： | 农民科技需求是市场经济条件下,农民追求利润最大化的必然反映,也是农业科技发展的动力因素之一。通过研究黑龙江省院县共建10个县3 a科技专家大院农民咨询记录,分析了新时期农业生产中农民科技需求总体状况、满足农民科技需求的方式、内容。阐述了黑龙江省通过实施院县科技合作共建,建科技园区、办专家大院、推致富项目、搞科技培训的"四位一体"科技帮扶模式,有效地实现科研与生产、专家与农民、科技与农业有效对接的新机制。

| Abstract: | Farmers＇ sci-tech requirement reflects farmers pursuing maximize profits in condition of market economy,that is a drive of development of agriculture sciecce and technology.Through studying on three years＇ registers of farmers＇ consultation from 10 towns which are joinning agriculture sci-tech cooperation organization,the article analyses that the comprehensive status of farmers＇ sci-tech requirment and its countermeasures.Through popularizing agriculture sci-tech cooperation model by buliding sci-tech plantation and expert workstation,operating agriculture projects and training farmers in Heilongjiang province,the new mechanism is effective to establish contact between scientific research and production,experts and farmers,sciecce and technology and agriculture. |
