葡萄新梢生长过程中内源激素含量的动态变化

摘    要:以黑比诺、赤霞珠两个酿酒葡萄品种为试材,研究葡萄新梢生长过程中生长素(IAA)、赤霉素(GA3)、脱落酸(ABA)3种内源激素的动态变化规律。结果表明,在葡萄新梢的生长过程中,黑比诺和赤霞珠新梢中内源激素GA3、IAA、ABA的含量变化趋势大致相似。GA3、IAA的含量均呈先上升后下降的变化趋势,其中GA3的变化趋势较为平缓,而IAA的含量在7月下旬迅速上升后又迅速下降;ABA的含量变化则相反,呈先下降后上升的平缓趋势。黑比诺新梢中这3种激素含量变化的转折点比赤霞珠早1~2周;两个品种中(GA3+IAA)/ABA的值呈先上升后下降趋势。

Abstract:The varying regularities of GA3,IAA and ABA in the young shoots of the two wine grape cultivars(Pinot Noir and Cabernet Sauvignon) during their growth period were investigated by HPLC in this study.The results indicated that the varying tendencies of GA3,IAA and ABA in Pinot Noir and Cabernet Sauvignon were similar.The contents of GA3 and IAA increased firstly and then decreased in the growth period.The change of GA3 was slightly,whereas the content of IAA increased in the last ten-day of July and then decreased abruptly.The changing tendency of ABA was different to the former two endogenous hormones.It decreased firstly and increased then.The changing turning points of the three hormones in Pinot Noir were earlier than that in Cabernet Sauvignon.The ratios of(GA3 IAA)/ABA increased firstly and then decreased in two cultivars.
